Therapeutic Massage....60 minutes $65
Designed for the therapeutic needs of the body, using specific techniques to bring relief to a stressed and overworked body. Focusing on the deeper layers of muscle tissue and working to release chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep pressure on the contracted areas. The purpose is to "unstick" the fibers of the muscle while releasing deeply held patterns of tension, removing toxins and soothing the muscle. It is both corrective, therapeutic and relaxing.
